Year 2 Week 2 Day 1

The mantra is "one week, one pound."

Alright from last Monday's 317.0 to today's 316.8 and that is a 0.2 pound drop on a week that had no excuses so I am feeling pretty crappy about that. I did eat pizza for dinner three nights last week and that was pretty bad. Also had a few delicious sandwiches this week too and we all know the evils of carbs.

The exercise routine, barely qualifies as that, suffered a bit with the really cold temperatures and the really warm bed. No, I did not want to get up and go to work much less crank through 7-10 minutes of calisthenics and free weight lifting. I am developing real shoulders though and that's kind of nice.

Now I have to focus on the after work exercise program of stationary bike for as long as I can up to 30 minutes. If I get up to that I might even get a real bicycle again. Or that LED TV I was talking about that week. Yeah, you're right, it'll be the LED.

I got nothing else to say really. So here's the final week to week goal. The 0.8 missed this week gets rolled into next week and that means 315.0 is the goal and no cheats in the Monday – Friday routine. Minnesota Vikings on at 1PM might require some sort of treat, but we'll wait and see if I get the afternoon thing lined up.
