Just writing in with the new measurements. I hadn't realized that it was so long ago (6/30) when I did this before. Here are the changes from the last taping.
L-Ankle -0.25"
L-Thigh -0.75"
Hips -1.00"
Middle -0.25"
Chest +0.50"
L-Bicep -0.75"
L-Wrist -0.25
Neck -0.75"
What is up with that chest measurement? Maybe I am menstruating and my breasts are swollen? I did these measurements less than a half hour after dinner, maybe like swimming I needed to wait longer before diving in?
