New Topic Header Needed

This should have gone up last Friday.

Unfortunately I was in the middle of a binge eating frenzy and full of pizza.

Sorry about that-

Either way if you are reading this the contest is over.

Either we met, we weighed, we measured and I won or lost.  (I totally won, but that is obvious and I am attempting to build tension.)

Or we never met and I am calling it a bust.  A huge man boob filled bust.  Whatever, it served a purpose and gave me a focus for almost five whole months.

So now the title of this blog run is changing, not the content just no more contest.

As I see it the layout will be more or less this:

How this week went in words
How this week went in numbers
How this week went in exercise
Diary of a Fat Kid
How this week will go next week

That last one was a stretch to fit into the theme, it’s the plan for the next week part.

So look for the all new, all awesome blog on Friday.
