Well the contest ends any day now.  Déjà vu, all over again.  Ugh.
Maybe the last pre-weigh in measurements?

Not on the Advocare routine for over a week now and “only” a small bump in weight, that I attribute entirely to the moon and the tides.
In fact this morning was right at 272.0 so I am nicely holding without being crazy strict on the eating for a week.

I had Subway on Friday, ate some chocolate chip cookies with rollos baked into the middle on Saturday (so effing good warmed in micro with glass of milk).
A few more days, a weigh in some time this year and then we restart the Advocare with the cleanse and the full on routine through as long as my ‘sponsor’ keeps up her buyer’s discount.  I am praying for at least another 50 lbs or so before everybody gets bored with it.


The Exercise Routine:
Did a little bit of morning exercises but not much to speak of, this is going to be a bigger focus in the next phase. 

No really I mean it this time.  Don’t roll your eyes at me!
What’s the point of losing all the fat if the muscle under it looks a little flabby?  Amiright?


Diary of a Fat Kid
I love the worst foods imaginable.  Like the Hostess library of products from Twinkies to King Dongs (hello!).  Fruit pies and Banana Flips were so good and only a million grams of saturated fat (or near that).

Now my Mom baked a good cookie and so we’d have those in lunches, but when we went to the day old Hostess store for bread and hot dog buns that was a special occasion.  Year old fruit pies or Twinkies so old their expiration dates had BC on them.  Didn’t matter we’d get boxes of them and lunches were covered for a month.  Or a week if we figured out where Mom was hiding them.
Oh yeah, she had to hide sweets.  At one point it was so tough I was eating chocolate cooking squares, unsweeted chocolate cooking squares.  Then one time I ate beef bouillon cubes because they were wrapped in aluminum foil, oh yeah that’s plural because I thought ‘maybe the first one was just bad chocolate.’


The Plan:
So a week on the no Advocare and another one coming just to see how I do.

Then back to the grind of dropping lbs like the octo-mom drops kids!
