Making this fast today.
Last week was 304.6 and this week is 304.8 so a tiny 0.2 lb gain, but it's really starting to squeeze for the deadline.
If I was on track I'd be trying for 289.6 for next week. I am not on track.
On the brighter side I am getting my wind back up and got in almost eight and half minutes on the exercise bike this morning.
That is Tour de France like performing for me.
Now I just want to see how close I can get to maintaining ten minutes for a week.
