Year 2 Week 28 Day 1

When you see the results it won't look great but two points. One, I had pizza on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and this is remarkable because usually the Friday order barely lasts through Saturday breakfast. Two, this is my second straight week of under 300. Baseball has the Mendoza line, I'll call three bills the Winfrey line and the inverse relationship in that you don't want to go over the Winfrey line.

Here are the numbers for last week:

Another week missing the One Week, One Pound and apparently very flexible mantra. How about Two Weeks, Just over One Pound? It's just not as catchy.

Look at that! Another correlation between a lack of exercise and a miss on the goals for that week.

Next week's number: 297.4 lbs.

I'll also try to get under 290 by the end of the week as I work off the weekend excess.

Last note on the exercise, yes the results are awful, but I managed to do some cleanup work around the apartment moving boxes and book shelves and the like without crying.

Paid all my monthly bills already too. I just got the renewals on my insurance so I will be trying to pay the entire six months in advance.

So the expenses are slowly being controlled and I am focusing on paying down one credit card at a time until they are all zero. Right now it's Dell and then it's Wells Fargo. Watch out, by 2012 I'll be all paid up and ready for the end of the world.
