Year 2 Week 18 Day 1

Yo Yo!

No that's not me trying to be street, that's how the weight flux has been for me.

Last week was 303.4 and this week is 305.0 and the week before? That's right 305.0 so the yo-yo keeps going up and down.

The goal is more or less tied to exercise now, since the only to drop calories more it to cut out food on the weekends or eat nothing Monday to Friday and while I could cut back a bit on the weekend pig outs, there is no way I am eating less during the week.

And with the exercise goals I am going nowhere, literally.

No biking nor walking last week outside the car to office, car to home walks.

I hit the morning exercises about 2 ½ times last week, sometimes I just do the leg work or just the arm work but not both.

I am not sure where that Pilates DVD is either so did not get any closer to that idea.

Forget that the number is supposed to be 294.6 lbs for next Monday. Better chance of me winning the Mega-millions jackpot on Tuesday, or better Friday after no one wins it Tuesday, than me getting to that number. Still gotta keep hope alive, with audacity as the current administration might add.

So at some point, maybe the June reset day, I'll get back to the simple motto:

One week, one pound.
