Year 2 Week 14 Day 1

Alright, it's the Monday after Easter and I am having issues. First, this stupid MS Word is crashing on me all the time. I think it's actually another program that is causing this but it pisses me off. Second, this week's number is 311.4 lbs. I get a little angry just typing that. So I am really going to stop eating again this week and that was with a legitimate, if one day, effort of walking on Friday.

To finish the numbers it was 305.2 lbs last week and that is an effing +6.2 lbs for the week. If I keep up with the number game the goal is 298.6 lbs for next Monday, but that would require a…divide by….then carry the…multiple by pi…open a spreadsheet…whole crap! -12.80 lbs. I might have to remove a limb to make that up in a week.

So Easter week was a terrible week and the whole eating thing is something I still can't handle, clearly.

So now I have a full week of work and a full measure of self-loathing. The refrigerator is empty again and will stay that way for awhile. I'm also going to have to up the ante on the work outs, no more skip days and more aerobic crap. So get ready for the very unappetizing view of a fat man in shorts with a pink iPod shuffle sweating his way around the apartment complex. Good luck keeping that dinner down America!

So the frustration levels are at the all time high. I am also wondering about appetite and seasonality. I had no problems not eating much in December and January but last month I was definitely getting hungrier more often. I guess if I had a farm or just basic hunter/gatherer genes, then it'd make sense that winter would be lower metabolism months and spring would require more energy to plant seeds or hunt wooly mammoths. See, you can take blaming it on genetics to a whole new level if you want to.

Enough of this crap,

Later
