Alright welcome to the countdown.
I need the refresher so here it is… the Mantra is "One Week, One Pound" and it is that easy.
Only I suck at it and clearly I have all sorts of self-sabotage issues.
Last week was 304.2 lbs and this week is 305.8 lbs. and that is up a 1.6 lbs.
I was supposed to be solidly under 300.0 lbs now and in fact the goal for next week will be 296.6 lbs.
Nine weeks to go until the anniversary day which is actually 06/21/2010 and not the 27th as reported last week. And if I keep this up then the maximum weight on that day should be 288.6 lbs.
So of course I resolved to get it into gear this morning, I set the alarm clock back to 5:45am so I could get up and stretch and go through the warm ups and then walk. Then I failed to turn on the alarm, hmmm I am good getting in my own way.
So great start so far on that resolution.
At least I haven't kicked on the A/C yet in 2010 so I am holding strong on that and hoping to make it to May before breaking down. I did however change over from the winter bed linens to the summer bed linens yesterday.
I have to clean up apartment too, I think that is just an excuse but I have to eliminate the excuses.
Well, somehow I'll figure out how to get there.
