Year 2 Week 17 Day 1

Last week was 305.0 lbs. and this week is 303.4 lbs for a drop of 1.6 lbs.

So it's not the worst ever, but I am beginning to really build a wall around the 300 mark that I cannot get over.

So starting this week the goals include more physical exercise.

Walk/Bike 3 times this week with a goal of 30mins per session.

Morning exercise routine 5 times this week.

Evening Pilates 2 times this week with the goal of getting through half before crying.

295.6 lbs is the number for this week, that's an eight pound drop so I better break out the rubber sweat suit and drop the weight "Vision Quest" style.

So we'll see how this week goes and strive to reach the minimal goals listed.
