Welcome back to a Monday morning report.
Last week was an incredibly disappointing 311.4 lbs. and this week was a slightly more encouraging 304.2 lbs. So I get back into form with a -7.2 lbs most of which is just the flushing of a week's worth of eating from the system. Still the biggest problem is correcting the thinking that eating out is a "special occasion" and requires eating really awesomely bad food.
So, like Icarus, I briefly touched the Sun by weighing under 300.0 lbs for a day and with any luck I'll be back there before midweek.
No big issues with eating this week. The food, or lack thereof, has been okay for me.
This week is the never ending battle to develop even the slightest desire to exercise. So horrible that even when I can clearly identify and see and feel the results of working out and they are almost universally positive that I still can't generate a constant and regular schedule. That's my real secret. I have a very simple and very easy eating schedule of foods and when I eat them and so it's almost impossible not to follow.
I thought I had it with morning workout, the wake up routine, but I haven't followed it too closely last week. So I have to kick that back in and really, really get on the bike. More gorgeous weather will make it even worse trying to not go outside.
But I'll figure out a way. Thank goodness I can't walk and play WoW at the same time because then I'd never have an excuse.
Alright, we are rapidly getting to the anniversary date of 06/27/2010 which is the completion of 52 weeks of this whole trying to lose weight. Then we can reset the goals and take a look at the second half of 2010. For now though, the goal was 298.6 this week and so for next week the goal is 297.6 lbs.
